During our initial consultation, we will work with you to understand your needs, preferences, and budget. We will also take measurements and assess the current condition of your living space. We’ll also tell you about our company and our process to transform your home. If we both agree we are a good fit for each other, then we’ll proceed with a design agreement.

We will create a detailed design plan that includes layout, materials, and finishes. We will present you with design options and make revisions as needed until you are satisfied with the final plan. We will also obtain any necessary permits and make sure that the plan is up to code.

Here is our design processs:

• Design Concept - During design concept we gathered our clients’ goals and expectations for the project.  We’ll also measure the space, create 3-dimensional plans and 2-dimensional floor plans (if needed).  Once we’ve all agreed on the direction of your project, we’ll move forward. 

• Selections - Visiting supplier showrooms or bringing samples by your home, we’ll ensure you find the right elements for your living space. With your unique selections complete we’ll proceed. 

• Construction Documents - We create all the necessary documentation for your project so that the homeowner, contractor and trades clearly understand the scope and selections.  Once our trades have bid on your project and we’ve priced all the materials we’ll draft the construction

Upon signing of the contract we take an initial deposit to begin purchasing the materials and scheduling the subcontractors needed for your project.  

For most projects we start construction within 15-30 days after the final contract is signed and the materials deposit is received.  

1. Demolition and Preparation: Once the design is finalized, we will begin the demolition and preparation process. This includes removing old fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring, as well as any necessary structural work. 

2. Installation and Finishing: After the space is prepped, we will begin installing new fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and any other finishes. We will also take care of any electrical, plumbing and HVAC work that is necessary. 

3. Final Walk-through: After the work is completed, we will conduct a final walk-through with you to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction and that the project meets all of your requirements.
